"I bought this when my skin was in the middle of a flare-up - red, itchy, tight, dry and flaky. It's definitely helped to calm my skin and add a much-needed layer of moisteriser that my poor parched skin has just gobbled up. Within a week my skin has calmed down significantly. I do recommend adding a barrier layer on top - i. e. the balm if your skin is ultra-dry and tight - to seal the moisture in."

A note from our founder
Before developing Yours Only, I dealt with flare ups without the support of people who got it (and cute products I could actually use). Hives, sensitive body and skin, flare ups, food intolerances, allergies, brain fog, irregular periods, constant nausea and stomach pains — you name it. I created Yours Only so others in the same boat have skin and haircare options, surrounded by others that get what it's like to flare up, too. This is me, just so you're not alone.
