Dramatic Skin Club – Terms of Use
1. Membership Overview
The Dramatic Skin Club (the Program) is a loyalty initiative operated by Yours Only Pty Ltd (the Company) for customers and prospective customers of yoursonly.com. The Program provides members (Members) with various benefits and privileges, as outlined below and as may be updated from time to time. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) constitute the agreement (Agreement) between you and the Company regarding participation in the Program.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals residing in Australia and internationally. Each individual may hold only one account. Membership is not available to companies, businesses, charities, partnerships, or other entities unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
3. Enrolment
To join, individuals must create an account at yoursonly.com and provide accurate and complete information here. The Company may refuse membership to anyone who does not comply with the enrolment process. Members are responsible for keeping their account details, including name and email address, up to date via their online account.
4. Acceptance ofTerms
By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, including all rules, policies, and procedures, as well as the mandatory arbitration provisions for dispute resolution on an individual basis. It is your responsibility to remain informed of the current Terms. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Member who breaches the Terms.
5. Eligible Purchases
Points are earned on purchases of goods and services at yoursonly.com, after discounts and before shipping, except where excluded at the Company’s discretion. Purchases made with a Yours Only gift card do not earn points, but purchasing a gift card does. Additional exclusions may apply.
6. Earning Points
Points are calculated based on the total amount spent using the email address registered to your loyalty account within the past 12 months. The standard rate is 1 point per $1 spent. Additional points may be earned as follows:
- Joining the Program: 100 points
- Entering your birthday (points credited on your birthday): 300 points
- Following Yours Only on Instagram: 100 points
- Following Yours Only on TikTok: 100 points
- Making three purchases over $50 each: 100 points
- Signing up to the SMS database: 50 points
- Submitting before and after photos to info@yoursonly.com: 500 points
- Joining the Facebook group: 50 points

7. Returns
Returns must comply with the Company’s Returns and Refunds Policy here. If you return an item, the corresponding spend amount will be deducted from your Program status.
8. Program Benefits
All Program benefits are subject to change at any time. Points earned prior to the Program launch date (9 July 2025) will be updated based on the previous 12 months’ spending. Upon redeeming points for a discount, Members will receive a unique promotion code via email, which cannot be combined with other offers and may require a minimum spend.
Birthday points are credited on the Member’s birthday, provided the date was updated in the account at least 30 days prior. If not, points will be credited within 30 days of sign-up. Birthday points are valid only for Dramatic Skin Club Members and must be redeemed within 12 months. Terms are subject to change.
8. Valid Email Requirement
A current, valid email address is required to access certain benefits and updates. Members must update their email address via their online account as needed.
9. Communications
The Company may contact Members via mail, email, SMS, and other channels regarding marketing, promotions, Program status, benefits, and changes. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, you may still receive non-promotional messages relating to your account or transactions. The Company is not liable for any loss of benefits or points if you fail to update your contact details.
12. Revocation of Membership
The Company reserves the right to revoke membership and/or benefits if, in its sole discretion, a Member abuses Program privileges, engages in fraudulent activity, fails to comply with these Terms, or earns benefits through deception or fraud.
13. Non-Transferability
Program benefits are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, sold assigned, auctioned, or traded, including by inheritance or as part of a domestic relations matter. Any such action will void the Member’s account. Benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

15. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including design, text, graphics, logos, images, and product names, as well as all related intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company.
